Baked tomato basil Chicken breast with seasoned pasta

When I started supper this evening I had no idea what I was going to cook so I dug through and found some elbow pasta, pasta sauce, and some chicken breast and this is what I came up with on the whim.
I cooked my pasta accordingly then I added some oil and parmesan cheese.
Hmm found some Dill up in the cupboard and decided to chuck some of that in there as well.
I topped my chicken breast with just about every seasoning I found and smelled like it would taste good hahaha  This included Montreal Chicken Seasoning, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, some Rosemary and Thyme and then to finish it off some parmesan cheese.
I partially cooked the chicken breast then I covered it in tomato basil pasta sauce, topped it off with yet again more parmesan cheese and baked it in the oven at 425  until bubbly and chicken was fully cooked.

I plated about 1/2 cup of pasta then topped with a chicken breast and sauce and it was delicious!

Melon Marinated BBQ Steak with Veggies! - Mary's Yummy Supper

I am back at it again! I put yet another person to work and got her to take pictures of her yummy meal as she prepared it  =)  So follow us in this picture blog as our mouth waters.
**Note the Malibu rum ;) This was a great idea to use. Not only will it aid with the marinating but it will leave a nice subtle hint of melon and give it that nice unique flavor while the onions offset it.
Chuck your meat in a bag with all the ingredients you "measure" out and let it soak up all those flavors.
Mmm veggies.. Love the mixture she had.

Looks great Mary! Now what time is supper?  hahaha  Thanks again for taking pictures for us and sharing your yummy food with us.
